We manage the initial relationship between seller and buyer by ensuring that buyer’s needs are correctly interpreted and an appropriate transaction procedure is presented to the buyer.  Buyer acceptance of procedure enables issuing of offer to purchase to the seller and in return a proforma contract is issued to be endorsed by all parties. The process unfolds until product is in buyer’s name and paid for according to the stipulated procedure.
